So Far We Safari was a performance walking tour of the eastern docklands area of Amsterdam. It featured an audio work by Jokūbas Čižikas, a performance by Styrmir Örn Guðmundsson, and a t-shirt by David Kirshoff. The performance spoke about postcolonial melancholy via a fictional history of ice cream colonists, the idea of "overstanding", and memories of a strange meeting of eyes on the New York City subway system. The tour became much like an exhibition as a performance, a grouping of different items that overlap and become a constellation of thoughts.
